Join Rachel May for a yoga retreat along the Bali Sea. Restore and renew your body, mind, and spirit through this restorative yoga program. In Bali, the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, the balance between connection to the spirit, the environment, and each other, is the essence of living in the world. With this program, you will take a journey into paradise, establishing a stronger connection to the divine, to the beauty of Mother Earth, and to all beings everywhere.
During the retreat, you will stay at Poinciana Seaside Resort. Located in North Bali, Poinciana Seaside Resort is not just a retreat venue, but it is also an embodiment of Tri Hita Karana philosophy, where they strive to not only host the retreat, but also enhance the experience by providing a sanctuary for people to meet and to share experiences.

This yoga retreat program will also count toward 30-hour CEU for those with a 200 or 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification. There will be two classes a day, morning and evening class.
The morning session will include restorative pranayama and asana techniques of the Kaula lineage, supporting a deep connection to the internal world.
The evening session will include deep meditations (including yoga Nidra, Bhutta shuddhi, Shava yata, and more) and restorative asana to allow for deep rest and relaxation. Both classes are totally optional. The goal of the retreat is to connect to people's needs and respond with compassion and ease.
There will also be an afternoon meditation session that is open to all but required for those looking to utilize the retreat as an intensive for CEU credits. These sessions will include learning the practices undertaken in the morning and evening sessions, as well as learning and discovering practices that teachers or students can utilize to cultivate healing energy for the planet and all beings through their connection to the divine.
