Your free time is an opportunity for self-guided exploration. Venture into the heart of São Miguel, discovering its hidden gems, charming villages, and scenic landscapes at your own pace. The island is yours to explore, offering a multitude of experiences to enrich your retreat.

Mindful yoga and meditation sessions

Reconnect with your inner self through daily yoga asana and meditation sessions set against the backdrop of Quinta Morazes' serene atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The yoga classes include Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Nidra yoga. The certified instructors will guide you through practices that cater to all levels, fostering a sense of well-being and self-discovery through movement, meditation, and breathwork.
