This yoga teacher training could be a gift for you, your body, and your mental well-being. There are trainers to support you in building self-confidence, to dive deep into your own practice, to design and lead yoga classes for others, and to express yourself as a yoga teacher. You will come to a space where yoga in its totality means the process of becoming aware of your own reality within you.
Your accommodation will be arranged at the ashram-like setting of Quaternityoga. You can relax, but above all take a creative break. You could also paint something or write in the serene and peaceful set-up. The accommodation provides you the space you need for your creative recreation, knowledge, study, or to relax and breathe.
The house is available to all participants, in double rooms with private bathrooms. There is no cook or waitress, no cleaners or yoga teacher. Laboratory and Jogownia is at your disposal. Shared meals and conversations can be your inspiration, and your own leaven. But, internet access is available in your accommodation.
Yoga adopts different methods, and the practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, kriya, kundalini, mantra, nada, laya, and other yogas simply guide you through a specific process of becoming aware. Your purpose will be for you to understand the essence of yoga in all of its individual aspects; while practicing asana, pranayama or meditative practices. You will naturally come to a meditative state and experience it.
This meditative state means continuous awareness of the actions and interactions on the level of body, mind, senses, emotions, and feelings, the state where the entire human nature is involved. Development of the meditative attitude in the performance of actions, is the real thing, an integrated understanding of yoga. The goal is to leave you transformed, inspired, fully prepared as a yoga instructor with a 200 RYS Yoga Alliance approved certificate.
Lindita a E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She began her journey with yoga at the age of thirteen after traveling to the Ashram of Swami Satyananda Saraswati in India. After meeting Swami Niranjanada, she became inspired to learn yoga. At the age of fifteen, she completed her first teacher training in Kundalini yoga. She decided to finish her high school in North India where she practiced yoga and studied Raag and mantra.
Lilia Jolanta Sarbjot
Sarbjot Lilia Jolanta is an E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance that has been teaching yoga for over twenty years. She studied and taught yoga for many years in British Columbia, Canada. Her spiritual path began with Tibetan Buddhism and she developed a deep understanding of Vipassana practice and advanced meditative techniques.
Tina is a E-RYT 200-hour registered yoga teacher and has been a disciplined yogini for more than twenty years. Her life evolves as yogic lifestyle. The journey started with B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga that gave her good foundation for every day Hatha practice. Then, going through several yoga styles like Kundalini, Sivananda, and Himalayan yoga, studying in Poland and India with the best teachers from these traditions.
The retreat takes place in South Poland, in a village called Kwieciowice, meaning the village of flowers. Many mystics have called this land the most fertile and energetically charged land in Europe (Rudolf Steiner). The area is known for natural hot springs and beautiful hiking trails, small streams and rivers with forests full of blue berries and wild mushrooms, deer, and wild boars. This is a beautiful, serene place, where you can spend time learning yoga, and retreating yourself in one of the most natural and still pristine part of Europe.
Three meals will be served per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals will be vegetarian, with options for vegans, using local and organic products.
