Wilf has been practicing yoga for six years and has gained his 200-hour certiﬁcate from Bristol School of Yoga. Wilf is a knowledgeable, fun, and empathetic yoga teacher. The classes he oﬀers are strong, with a focus on stepping out of your comfort zone, falling, and being able to laugh at yourself. At the same time, Wilf teaches with compassion and encourages students to let go of the ego and to be present in this ever-moving world.
Becky has been practicing yoga for 16 years and has studied with various teachers around the world. She has gained over 700 hours of teacher training and teaches a variety of styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, and yoga Nidra. Over the years, Becky's practice and teaching have shifted and softened, and although she has a background in alignment, she really encourages students to find the alignment in their body and to move the body in a way that feels nourishing for them, rather than forcing the body into a ‘perfect’ shape.
