A living master of Raja Yoga Swamiji is in his mid-70s. He is a mystic, yogi, and an initiated monk with an impressive yoga lineage of Rev Swami Sivananda and Swami Satyanada. Swamiji is a passionate and compulsive teacher. He has long experience of teaching yoga in India and abroad. Swamiji's mission is to help people discover their true self through yoga. He lives by scriptures "It is more difficult to build enough affordable hospitals to take care of all the sick in the world than to help them remain healthy through regular practice of yoga.", believes Swamiji.
The location of the course is Swamiji’s ancestral village in the lap of nature with a stunning view of snow peaked eastern Himalayas on a clear day. Therefore many ingredients of food and drinks such as dairy products, fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses and spices are procured from the village and are organic.
