500+ RYT Kathi completed her 200-hour training as a yoga teacher and as a relaxation and mediation trainer at Way Yoga Wiesbaden and in Spain. In order to be able to respond more specifically to the needs of the individual, she trained as a yoga therapist in 2015 (100 hours/AYA). She regularly attends workshops and further training courses, including a one-month training at High Vibe Yoga in Bali in 2016 based on tantric philosophy and embodied flow (200h/AYA) and a 300-hour Jivamukti TT in Costa Rica in 2017. She is a trained coach, cocoa ceremony and women's circle leader
