You are invited to this unique opportunity to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga philosophy, practices, lifestyle and creative expressions. It will be done through asana, meditation, pranayama, workshops, talks, explorations, kirtan, ceremony, special guests, and more. This course is perfect for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students and is particularly excellent preparation for students interested in yoga teacher training programs, and recent yoga teacher training graduates looking to develop more confidence and expertise in their offerings. This yogi training will be filled with following activities:

Inspired daily yoga classes

Enjoy your daily flow classes, suitable for all levels, offered each morning. Fluid sequencing of postures, linked with the breath will revitalize and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. A balanced, holistic, and safe flow sequence will be introduced each morning to energize you for the day. Afternoon classes will help you unwind with a more gentle Hatha flow integrating Restorative or Yin poses, which focus on healing and letting go. Both morning and afternoon sequenced asana classes are designed to help you develop your own personal practice after you leave the retreat.

Engaging workshops

Topics may include yogic lifestyle, the science of meditation, Ayurveda, yoga Nidra, and healthy diet and daily routines. You will focus on all things which promote vitality, youthfulness, mental or emotional balance, self-healing, and spiritual enlightenment, to help you welcome yoga into your daily life.

Meditation and pranayama

These intimate group sessions will allow you to learn and practice simple, profound, and powerful breath control techniques which allow you to expand your longevity, experience freedom, and liberation. A daily meditation practice will bring you into more mindfulness and deepen your connection to the present moment.

Relaxing and deep oil or Thai massage

Relax and enjoy pampering your external body with an oil or Thai massage designed to support detoxification, improve circulation, and bring a sense of calm, peace, and ease in the body and mind.

You will be checking in on the Sunday before the event. Weekends are off to relax and play. While on this training, you are also encouraged to check out the optional free community events. This 108-hour yoga training schedule is unique in its focus on a compassionate and enjoyable timetable.

Pure Flow Yoga understand that you are honoring yourself by being present on the mat and in the moment, and by taking time to process and relax when you are away from the mat. This schedule allows you plenty of time to think, relax, and play. You will be staying just moments away from the crystal blue ocean waters, and white sandy beach of Haad Yuan Bay, and there will be lots of time to enjoy it.

The compassionate scheduling includes one full day and one-half day off a week so that we can integrate, enjoy nature and pace ourselves, making it 30 days from start to finish, but 28 days of training.

The Sanctuary’s in-house wellness center offers a range of products and services. Generally, the food is not included in the basic packages because Pure Flow Yoga wants to give the students optimal freedom of restaurant and meal choice while on holiday retreat in this magical abundant area. Also to accommodate different budgets, Pure Flow Yoga decided that the most simple option is to avoid including food in the packages.

Join the Free Talk Sunday at 15:00 to hear about current offerings from international healers and therapists. Check the chalkboards for updated info on movie screenings and events outside the restaurant or beside the Tea Temple.

Walk the Labyrinth

Enjoy this sacred public walking meditation space located on Had Thien Beach. This space offers you the opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving you as well as practicing the art of calling in an opening to receiving at this beautiful yoga retreat Thailand.

-Splash and play in the ocean

You can opt for activities like kayak, snorkel, and rent a fishing rod at Bog Blue Rentals. Kayak is available according to the following prices:

  • 130 THB for one seater per hour
  • 200 THB for two-seater per hour
  • 250 THB for three-seater per hour

The fishing rod is available for 200 THB per session.

Visit Bottle Beach to discover some of the idyllic palm-fringed beaches that dot the stunning coastline.

Take a little taste of Thai culture, with Thai traditional food and snacks, clothing, accessories, kids toys, and art at this Saturday market. The timings are 17:00 to 22:00.

Chaloklum, The Dome

Visit Chaloklum between 18:00 to midnight. A very popular night time hang out with the conscious crowd. Based around an earthy dome, with incredible acoustics, which serves as an herbal sauna. There is an open log fire every night to sit around under the stars, chilling out to ambient chill-out music. Fruit, coconuts, and cakes are available and usually a soup or curry.

Leaves Had Rin from 08:15 to 16:30 The package includes 200 TBH booking fee, light breakfast, and lunch.

  • Koh Tao day trip for 2100 TH

It includes speed boat, light breakfast, lunch, snorkeling, but fishing rod will be available at extra 200 TBH.

  • Half day boat trip for 700 THB

You will be picked up in Had Yuan. The trip is from 12:30 to 17:30 and includes lunch, snorkels, visits to Bottle Beach, and Haad Yao.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Samui Airport (USM). Once you have landed on Koh Samui, you will need to get from Big Buddha Pier, Koh Samui to Haad Rin in Koh Phangan. At the Samui Airport, you will be approached by the airport staff to assist you as tourism is a big industry for Thailand and they are very attentive to tourists. Let the staff at Samui airport know that you need to go to Haad Rin, Koh Phangan.

It is approximately a 10-minute minibus ride from the airport to the Big Buddha Pier, Koh Samui, and a 45-minute ferry ride from Big Buddha Pier to Haad Rin Pier, Koh Phangan. The cost for the minibus ride and ferry is approximately 10 USD and can be purchased at the airport upon arrival.

Arrival by bus / train

To get from Bangkok to Koh Phangan, you can go by bus or train from Bangkok to Surat Thani, and then from Surat Thani, you would take a ferry to Koh Phangan. The bus or train from Bangkok to Surat Thani involves a very long overnight journey, followed by a morning ferry from Surat Thani to Koh Phangan. Many people take this trip every day, as Koh Phangan is a popular destination. Many travelers choose to take the train over the bus from Bangkok to Koh Phangan.

The train can be a much more comfortable journey than the bus if you book second class A/C (air-conditioned seat), where a bed with a curtain for privacy is provided, and there is ample room to store your backpack underneath your bed. The bus, on the other hand, is more crowded, less comfortable, and has no privacy, with a large number of thefts being reported. The cost of travel from Bangkok to Koh Phangan by either train or bus is under 20 USD.

To book a return ticket from Bangkok to Koh Phangan is also possible, and is much more affordable than flying. The time taken from Phuket to Koh Phangan is a seven-hour bus journey costing approximately 22 USD from the Phuket bus terminal, located on Thepkasattri Road.

Arrival by ferry / boat

It is 45-minute ferry ride from Big Buddha Pier to Haad Rin Pier, Koh Phangan. Ferry departures from Big Buddha Pier, Koh Samui to Haad Rin Pier, Koh Phangan are at 10:30, 13:00, 16:00, and 18:30. Upon your return home, the ferry schedule from Haad Rin, Koh Phangan to Big Buddha, Koh Samui are 09:30, 11:40, 14:30, and 17:30.

Once you arrive in Haad Rin, Koh Phangan, you can easily ask a taxi boat driver to take you to Haad Yuan or Haad Tien beach. You will be approached at Haad Rin Pier by many taxi boat drivers willing to take you, as well, there will often be a number of trucks parked to the left of the pier that can also take you to Haad Yuan or Haad Tien beaches by road.

Depending on whether the waters are too rough to ride straight from the pier, the taxi boat drivers may guide you to the neighboring Sunrise Beach, Haad Rin which is a 10-minute walk away in order to travel safely by taxi boat.

There are times when the waters are too rough for taxi boat drivers to take you safely to Haad Yuan or Haad Tien beaches, during which times you should take any available trucks by road. The boat trip from Haad Rin to Haad Yuan or Haad Tien beaches takes approximately 10 minutes while travel by road takes about 45 minutes.
