Parknasilla Resort and Spa

The fabulous Parknasilla Resort and Spa overlooks the impressive Atlantic coast on 500 acres of tropical paradise along the Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring of Kerry. The landscape boasts a beautiful setting to enjoy many outdoor activities taking in some of the best sights such as Gleninchaquin National Park and Derrynane Beach.

Mount Falcon Estate

Mount Falcon Estate is nestled on the banks of the River Moy amid 100 wooded acres and set in a Gothic manor house dating from 1876, with other activities like kayaking, sea trampolining and outdoor yoga.

Pure Results Bootcamp eight-day retreat is a truly immersive experience centered around weight loss. You can focus solely on achieving your goals and optimizing your health and well-being. All of your meals will be prepared by the Pure Results Bootcamp chef and eaten in their headquarters, not in the hotel itself.

This package includes seven-night accommodation, all meals and snacks, a consultation with the head nutritional therapist, day trips to some of the best parks and adventure centers in Ireland, and a range of high intensity and low interval fitness classes such as boxercise, circuit training, their famous assault course, metafit, and yoga.

In addition, there is a selection of well-being education sessions such as life coaching, cooking demos, nutrition workshops, and mindfulness classes. You will also leave with a two-week aftercare program to guide yourself with meal planning and exercise regime to help keep yourself on track following your time at their retreat.

Typical daily activities

Kenyan runs

You would have to wake up at 7 a.m. to start.

Hiking and day trips

You will map out the most scenic routes around.

High intensity and low interval fitness classes

You will participate in classes such as boxercise, where you'll be in fighting form after this class; circuits, which is a series of high intensity varied exercises; assault course, which is competitive but loads of fun. You'll be doing one session in the beginning of the week and one more in the end to gauge your progress. You will also participate in their plyometrics class to increase your speed and strength and orienteering depending on the weather to test your endurance while on an adventure.

Body balance

This means combining yoga, where you learn to perfect strengthening your core from your upper body and lower body, Tai Chi, and Pilates, which is proven to help you lose weight effectively when combined with cardio yoga for your mind, body, and soul.


There will also be a workshop that includes demonstration and nutritional well-being. You will also have a one-on-one session with the nutritional therapist.


If time allows it, there is also a coaching and life coach workshop for you the broaden your knowledge.

Free time

Evening is the time for movies, games, and many other fun activities for you to enjoy and unwind after an intensive workout.

Enjoy day trips to Ireland's best parks and adventure centers.

This retreat will take place in two locations in the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland.

You will be served delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily prepared by Pure Results Bootcamp's own personal chef.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Kerry Airport (KIR) or Cork Airport (ORK) if you are staying at Parknasilla Resort and Spa. Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request at an extra cost.
