This is a psychotherapy led retreat incorporating daily yoga practice. The intention is to focus on you, to get to know you in order for you to know yourself.

Alex is our resident Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. She has a breadth of experience and is also qualified within the fields of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy. Her work is informed by influences such as Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung. She runs a busy private practice in Cornwall, UK. Alex is a creative therapist and used her various qualifications and training together with her vast and varied experiences to design our program so that it can be used flexibly with you in mind. She is passionate about people and intrigued by how we think.
Mohamed is the talented chief organiser! A native Moroccan, he speaks the language, knows the food, culture, and terrane inside out. Mohamed is psychologically minded and therefore understands the importance of your journey. A gifted photographer and an all-round brilliant host, he may, with your permission, of course, take some lovely pictures of your experience, ensure you are happy and will be invested in your progress. If you need anything, let him know and he will sort it Moroccan style!
Elena has been teaching internationally since 2016 in different communities, from the wild wild Vegas to various studios in Europe to oceanside yoga in sunny Morocco, gaining experience with variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative. After having her own early years of practice in strong Power Vinyasa, her teaching is leaning more and more towards the softer side of yoga, for the mindful breath focused intuitive movement and deep rest of the mind and body. Her goal in the class is to create an experience of timelessness and a peaceful mind.
