Stuart is co-founder and fitness trainer at Primal Retreat. He has been an avid health and fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. He has trained in a wide selection of martial arts for over 10 years including Muay Thai boxing, Kick boxing, Taekwondo, Aikido, and Krav Maga. His other passions are running, weight lifting, hiking, and walking. He strongly believes that the more positive energy you put into life, the more you get out, as well as persistence being the key to success.
Lorraine is co-founder and fitness trainer at Primal Retreat. She has trained in Muay Thai Boxing in Thailand and ran the marathon in Taiwan. Other fitness interests include; weight lifting, walking, swimming in the sea, and skiing. Lorraine has a passion for cooking and cooks all of the delicious and nutritious meals on the retreats. Lorraine also teaches the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes.

Stuart gave demanding (that's good) fitness classes, again supporting different range of abilities.Both Lorraine and Stuart got the best out of us!
