This in-depth online 200-hour program is designed to provide you with a solid yogic foundation, adaptable to your needs and aspirations. This course will allow you to deepen your own practice and understanding of yoga, a richly variegated system influenced by many spiritual traditions, and often connected to many of the modern healing and life-management arts and approaches.
A decent internet connection will be necessary, along with access to Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp.
Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
There will be a total of 180 contact hours during the program. During or after the training, every student has to submit one article and there will be some homework from the theory classes. There will be 20 non-contact hours. Classes will take place via Zoom. Verbal communication will take place via Skype, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Emails will be used for written communication, assignments, and sending teacher training course manual and all supporting materials.
You will be able to go through the curriculum and all its required subjects at your own pace, in a way that allows you to optimally integrate the skills, teachings, and knowledge that is contained in this program. Prem Flow Yoga Studio will provide you with continuous online support throughout the whole training, and onwards after you graduate, so that even as a yoga instructor will always have someone to turn to.
The timing of sessions will be provided upon booking and you can join live classes at your own pace.

Whether your goal is to learn how to teach, to uplevel your teaching skills, or simply uncover new depths in your practice, this is a wonderful course to embark on. The prime objective of this program to prepare future yogis and yoginis, physically and spiritually, in order that they may be able to confidently practice yoga on their own, and pass its life-improving techniques to others.
The goal is to successfully lay down solid and steady foundations for you to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher. The main areas that they cover in the program will be classified in the following modules: yoga teaching techniques, teaching methodology and yogic lifestyle, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and practice. The online format will allow you to take as long as you need to study, practice, and integrate all the teachings, skills, and knowledge that will be passed on to you through this program.
This program will also provide you with a full range of practical and successfully time-tested tools, knowledge, or skills for teaching or simply sharing yoga with compassion, understanding, and awareness. Signing up for this 200-hour yoga teacher training course means that you will become a true practicing yogi or yogini. With this program, you will, most importantly, join a three-pronged traditional lineage stream of yoga tradition: Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (yoga), Shri Rama Krishna (Tantra), and Gorakhnath Vedanta.

You will cultivate the spark and generate the fueling motivating energies necessary to advance through your own transformational adventure with daily practice, study, self-inquiry, and participation. This module focuses on activating and guiding the process of self-development which will unfold through all dimensions of your being (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, intellectual, and spiritual).
In addition to daily asana practices (practice teaching and posture break-outs), you will receive detailed instructions about over a hundred yoga postures. This covers all the postures Sanskrit names, main benefits, variations, modifications, contraindications, counter-postures, and more. Also included is a Sanskrit pronunciation guide and a common Sanskrit glossary.
In this module, you will learn and practice valuable tools and teaching methodology to support you in becoming a confident yoga teacher. This will give you the ability to communicate effectively with each and every student in your yoga class. You will explore the use of voice, language, body language, and rhythm. You will learn to connect with your students confidently through the use of verbal cues, demonstrations, and honest observation. You will also learn how and when to provide physical adjustments safely and effectively.
This segment is an in-depth exploration of the theory, practice, and teaching of pranayama, chanting, mantra, mudras, and meditation. This will give you the confidence, knowledge, and skills to share all of these techniques with those you will come to instruct.
You will actually start studying and learning about anatomy way before the training begins (using the materials they will provide you). This will give you a greater ability to take greater advantage of the time you spend together on this vast and complex subject. Anatomy will be part of your daily schedule.
During your training, you will guide through a variety of yoga styles, in order to help you become a well-rounded and versatile yoga instructor. The list of yoga styles you will work on is as follows: Hatha, Vinyasa, gentle yoga, Chair yoga, Power yoga (Vinyasa yoga), Yin, Restorative, Kriya yoga, Mantra yoga, Dosha balancing yoga, Chakra yoga, and more. You will learn a variety of principles of asana sequencing to support in becoming comfortable creating your own yoga class.
In this module, you will learn how yoga supports recovery from common injuries, illness, and life changes (such as pregnancy and menopause). You learn how to cultivate a connection of healing with your students.
In this module, you will learn basic nutrition do's and dont's and how to incorporate sound ayurvedic and Sattvic foods into your diet. You will learn how the quality of 'ahimsa' when applied and expressed touches beautifully all that you do and partake in, include what you eat and purchase. They will help you get comfortable with Ayurveda (a complimentary traditional science to yoga). Karim is trained and certified in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and Thai yoga therapy. With this segment, you will gain successfully time-tested knowledge to help you cultivate greater balance through simple practices.
This module explores the subtle energies of yoga, including Chakras, Nadis, Prana, Vayus, five Koshas, and more.
Thai Yoga Therapy techniques will help you become more comfortable adjusting and touching, as well as more effective and confident. Thai yoga therapy will also help you improve your practical understanding of anatomy.
There is a strong similitude between the Daoist and yogic subtle anatomic mappings of the human being. With Qigong, you will learn to gain more fluidity in your movements. Through the study of YinYang theory, you will become more comfortable with Yin yoga and with various fundamental yogic concepts. Through the study of the Meridian system, you will increase your ability to foster optimal holistic health with your yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices.
This module will touch on branding, social media, finances, and insurance.
Kareem Fadali (direct student of both BKS Iyengar and Shri Pattabhi Jois) is the founder and lead teacher trainer of Prem Flow Yoga School. He has been teaching yoga for 24 years and practicing for 32 years. Through the past three decades, he stayed in India 23 times to study and practice yoga, Vedanta, Ayurveda, and Tantra. He has also studied and worked as a bodyworker (with Thai Yoga Massage, TCM Acupressure, and Tui Na Therapy). He currently resides in Tamraght, the main surfing destination on the coast of Morocco.
This teacher training is held online. Prem Flow Yoga Studio is based in Tamraght, Morocco and they will live stream sessions via Zoom based on GMT+1 during Summer and GMT for sessions after March 27th, 2022.
