Yogi Madhav is a very experienced yoga teacher. He has graduated in Philosophy, Sanskrit and Hindi. He also holds a Master degree in Yoga and Meditation. He has studied the Vedas, varying philosophies, yoga therapy, Pranic healing and reflexology. His in-depth knowledge of yoga and Vedas combined with a modern approach to teaching makes his teaching style unique.
Kirsty began her journey with yoga after suffering from anxiety and looking for a natural cure. From her first class, she was completely addicted and she quickly realized that she wanted to become a teacher so that she could change other people’s lives through yoga, as yoga had changed hers. These days, Kirsty is an international yoga teacher, travelling the world and spreading her love of yoga everywhere she lands.
Dr.Om Prakash has a Ph.D. in alternative medicine. He also holds a bachelor degree in Ayurveda. He is a disciplined, confident, and goal-oriented individual. Carrying a positive mental attitude, he is a consultant in health and nutrition. He has also specialized in therapeutic yoga and naturopathy and is the founder of HHP (holistic healing practitioner) level 1, 2, and 3.
Katie is 250-hour trained and Yoga Alliance certified in Hatha and Yin yoga and hates to say the word instructor or teacher because neither feels authentic or comfortable for her to say, she simply shares what she loves, what she is passionate about, what she believes in and what she has learnt in the hope that it gives others what it has given her.
Prabhakar Rana is a yoga teacher with more than 1000+ hours of training behind him. His classes are infused with humor, positivity, and helping students build confidence on and off the mat. He has been studying classical texts of Vedanta and yogic philosophy. He also teaches philosophy and meditation with a modern outlook. His aim is to help his students build confidence with meditative practices and learn how to apply their yogic knowledge in daily life.

Er hangt een heerlijke rustige vibe. We hadden dit on the go geboekt, een yoga retreat stond niet op de planning. Maar zo blij dat we preksha yoga hebben ontdekt! Mogelijkheid tot twee keer per dag meditatie en twee keer per dag yoga. Wij zijn beginners en kregen goede uitleg, maar kreeg tegelijkertijd de indruk dat het niet te makkelijk was voor gevorderden. Dus voor elk niveau een goede les. We zijn (helaas) maar 4 dagen geweest, maar hebben veel geleerd. De rust en het gezonde lekkere eten kwamen als geroepen na 4 weken hectisch India. Verder waren de bedden comfortabel, de badkamer schoon en was er warm water om te douchen.

Que se esmeraron por cumplir con el programa ofrecido. Las instalaciones cómodas, la comida muy rica, las clases de yoga muy buenas con el yogi Madhav, los masajes ayurvedicos relajantes y la Dra. Suvira muy profesional y muy buena persona.

I have attended only 1 yoga class with Madhav so far and now interested in coming back for teachers course next year. Cool place to stay! Clean houses and yoga classes to attend. So happy!
