Anouk van dongen
Then you have found a place in Ibiza and everything comes together. Anouk has followed the yoga teacher training, completed a post-hbo life coaching and is also continuously reading about healthy vegetarian food. My motto is "Do what you love" and all my hobbies come together in organizing retreats. I feel in everything that I want to inspire others to live healthier and to empower themselves. Follow your heart. "Inspire others to live their dream life!"
In our normal life at home, the food industry has been able to influence our way of eating enormously little by little. Prepared food, ready-made meals and an abundance of hidden sugars. Did you know that eating differently can also be delicious? Do you dare to do this? We would like to introduce you to the most delicious vegan meals. This way you can experience how varied and delicious healthy food can be. As a plant-based chef, Bettina will try to inspire you to look at food differently.
Fiona Grace Nielsen
Fiona has a BA degree in Psycho-motor and Relaxation Therapy. She is originally from Denmark but has been living on the island for several years. She helps you to get back in touch with yourself and to develop more self-love. Each treatment is adjusted to your needs. That will often be a combination of massage, reiki, reflexology, healing and counseling.
An experienced, registered (Yoga Alliance) yoga teacher and also a mindfulness trainer and health scientist. Yoga is "a way of living and a way of being" for her. Full of dedication, skillful and inspiring, she takes you into yoga. In practice, in addition to personal attention for your physical practice, with your body, there is also attention for the yoga philosophy. Precisely because yoga is about the connection between body and mind, and yoga is so much more than the poses with our body.
Inna, originally from Ukraine is an International English spoken yoga addict who has discovered yoga about 15 years ago. She got into her regular practice in 2013 when living in Dublin, Ireland. By then she was raising two young children and had moved a couple of times which often made her feel out of balance both physically and emotionally. Her daily yoga practice made her stronger and more flexible than she has ever been, leaving her always energized, refreshed and full of “I’ve got this” attitude.
