Dorna Djenab

Dorna qualified through the British School of Yoga. Since the age of 16, yoga has been an integral part of her life. She has been a student of yoga in all its aspects with fifteen years of asana and meditation practice. She qualified as a yoga teacher in 2005 and has been teaching yoga to groups in classes, workshops, and one-to-one sessions. She facilitates dance meditation, teaches self-massage, and enjoys adding short laughter session to her classes to aid the quietening of the mind.

Matt Gluck

Matt is a British Wheel of yoga and Life Centre qualified teacher. He has been teaching Raja (Hatha yoga) full time for 13 years as well as Chinese martial arts, including Shaolin, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. He mentors for the Life Centre in Notting Hill Gate, helping yoga teachers in training.

This year was my 3rd retreat with Matt and Dorna at St Katherine's. We had such a great time. The yoga is fab, and the relaxation sessions the best ever. But as much as that is the laughter and bonding of the group. Matt and Dorna seem to have the ability to spread their warmth and zest for life through all of us. Cannot recommend it enough and I cannot wait for the next one.

ps the food, as others have said, is amazing :-)

This was my first ever retreat with my daughter and my first all together. We had a very special time together and Matt and Dorna are fantastic people to say the least! The location was ideal and the food was excellent, but the people make the weekend special. I am definately planning to come again. Thank you with all my heart x

I had an amazing weekend in Henley with Matt and Dorna - beautiful location, great food (lots of vegan options) and fantastic yoga and meditation. It really was a fabulous retreat. I hadn't done yoga in a few months and found it to be a really great reintroduction. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for a wonderful retreat. St Katharine's has a lovely feel and is in a beautiful setting. The classes, as ever, were wonderful by you both, food was delicious and plentiful and it was great to have a walk as an option each day. Overall lovely!

Hello Matt and Dorna,

I have to thank you both for an absolutely amazing retreat. I have watched the facebook link and every word I said in the interview is true ( wished I had smiled a bit more for the camera but I really like it !!)

The benefits of how relaxed I am as a result of all the yoga and being with such lovely people in relaxed beautiful surrounding have definitely been commented on by Neil.
