They put emphasis on serving a sattvic diet which is seasonal food, fruits, nuts, seeds, oils, ripe vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and of course, non-meat based proteins. So delight your palate with tasty food from green dahl to yellow dahl, chickpeas, chapatis idli, puttu, rice, wheat dosa curry, chutney, idli, idiyappam, tapioca, and so much more.

Everything is homemade and cooked with love. If you have any special dietary requirements please inform Pranam Yoga Joseph at least seven days before the start of the course. Two times herbal tea per day and unlimited drinking water (starting with breakfast on the first day and ends with dinner on the last day of the course).

Arrival by airplane

There is no direct flight but the nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport (TRV). The airport is just 36 kilometers away from the school. You can easily get a taxi from the airport to arriving at the school.

The yoga school is located at Varkala in Trivandrum and is well connected to the rest of India's railways and roads. The nearest airport is just 36 kilometers away. Varkala is a small town in northern Thiruvanthapuram that can be accessed by taxis, buses or autorickshaws.

Arrival by bus

There are always regular bus services to Varkala, on a daily basis. You can easily reach Pranam Yoga Joseph school from Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, or Alappuzha in a few minutes. Taxis and cabs are also available.

Arrival by train

Varkala is well connected to the rest of India by railways also. The primary railway junction serving Varkala is Sivagiri Railway Station. Autorickshaws and taxis are easily available from the station.
