Claire, a graduate of Himalaya Yoga Valley, is passionate about sharing yoga lifestyle with her students. A previous high pressure career in accountancy led her to deepen her yoga practice to reduce anxiety, bring balance back to her life and learn to live with ease. Through the use of pranayama, dynamic asana, Restorative yoga, and yoga Nidra she believes yoga is and should be accessible to everyone. Her students love her calm and reassuring teaching style. Claire loves being able to teach a wide range of students from beginners to advanced and teaching one on one.

My week in Poland was beautiful. we were a lovely small group which made it an intimate and safe feeling space in which to relax and recover from the stresses of everyday life. The dayly schedule was well planned and gentle, with enough time to be alone but also plently of opotunities to share, laugh and explore in a group. Clair held the week in a very steady, safe and quiet way which allowed everyone to live their own version of the retreat without judgment or expectation.
