My passion to to help people connect back with their mind and body to their inner power. We are often looking externally for answers, and sometimes we don't take the time to turn our lens inwards. Through Yoga, we can learn to listen to our bodies and what we are needing. My style is to always adapt to the moment - to the beautiful humans in front of me, to the seasons, the time of day and the energy in the room. I teach a variety of styles from vinyasa flow to kundalini to yin and Nidra. I love to meet new people and to share the experience together.
