You are invited to experience an incredibly deep transformation in the rain forest sanctuary of Costa Rica with Dr. Madan Bali, a legend of yoga wisdom and a Reiki grand-master Brana, MSc. Enjoy a 100% organic plant-based nutrition, and yoga and meditation practice. You will also enjoy the beautiful waterfall, forest, and beach visit. Learn from two spiritual teachers on how to expand consciousness and experience amazing self-healing. The maximum participants in the group is 20.
During your retreat, you'll have a cozy stay in a two-story riverfront villa nestled in the bamboo and lush rain forest. Each of these four villas has an upstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and an open air balcony overlooking the river. The other two large rooms hold four twin beds which provide ample space to be shared. All villas are equipped with private bathrooms and showers.
You will have excursions to Manuel Antonio National Park jungle, beaches, waterfalls, and rain forest.
This meditation and yoga retreat will take place in Londres, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
Fly into San Jose International Airport (SJO).
Then take auto transit to Quepos (3.5 hours) or a 25-minute flight to Quepos Airport.
Once in Quepos, take the ‘road to Londres’. All taxi drivers in Quepos are familiar with this road.
The retreat center is 14 kilometers down this road. After you pass through the downtown area of Londres you will approach Posada Natura on your left in front of the last bus stop.
Transfer from and to San Jose International Airport (SJO) is available upon request. Standard one-way taxi fair is 310 USD or 40 USD for a group shuttle van.
From the San Jose International Airport, head south-west through the center of the country before dropping down the hills onto the pacific coast. A highlight of the trip is passing through the fruit stands in the well-known town of Orotina.
