Mara Guadagni

Mara began practicing yoga in 2006 for theater warm up until she began to incorporate the Ashtanga system into her daily life. She completed her Yoga Alliance certified teaching training program in 2011. She leads training courses and retreats in Italy, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Helsinki. The practice that Mara will share with you is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and brings together more energetic sequences (based on Ashtanga and Rocket yoga) and gentle poses, thanks to Yin yoga and meditation. During the retreat, Mara will propose a balance between dynamic and gentle practice.
