Why cleanse?

Whether you are feeling the need to detox, reset, heal, purify your mind and body or lose weight then the master cleanse is for you. Preparing for plant medicine rituals. Are you going to embark on the healing journey with plant medicine? Before surrendering yourself to the healing powers of mother nature you must be cleansed for a minimum of 3 days. Portal Atlante offers the perfect environment for you to cleanse and renew yourself ready to embark on your wonderful journey.

What is the cleanse?

The Master Cleanse diet is a liquid diet (3 -40 days) used to detoxify the mind and body and promote weight loss. The liquid cleanse was a healthy and natural way to flush the body of deadly toxins, pesticides, and other impurities. It was originally intended to treat ulcers and act as a detox.

What to expect?

During the cleanse you will drink 6 to 10 lemonades, depending on your needs, 2 laxative teas, and a liter of saltwater flush in the mornings (optional). Combining the master cleanse with yoga is the quickest and deepest way to purify your mind, body, and soul. Be sure that if losing weight is your goal, it will fall from you. Your very own Jacob first cleansed for 17 days, felt peaceful, healing a broken heart, and lost 11kgs (24lbs) in the process.

If the twice-daily yoga sessions and meditation don’t tire you out enough, then Portal Atlante has also; daily ayurvedic rituals, Fountain of Youth 5 Tibetan Rites exercises to slow down and even reverse the aging process, Weekly guided hiking tours, beach excursions, astrology workshops, natural body care product workshops and Pilates 3 times per week. If you still need more, Portal Atlante offers massage, dosha readings, private classes, and more (for a little extra). All of these activities are optional and if you fancy skipping anything, having a lie-in, or just doing nothing but relaxing then please without judgment you do you. Beach trips are available daily for transport cost, however, 2 beach trips are included with a 7-day stay. Please be aware, that if you stay for 7 days, you will experience all workshops, for shorter stays, you will experience the workshops that are being delivered on the specific days that you arrive.
