You will be provided six nights of accommodation on this retreat. The accommodation venue is equipped with spacious and well-designed rooms with en-suite bathrooms or shared bathrooms. There is also a yoga shala made from white wood and a panoramic view of nature. A swimming pool overlooks the scenic hills and farmlands, and the spacious grounds offer a good place to relax and meditate.
Immerse yourself in a week of dynamic yoga classes, delicious Italian cuisine, and wellbeing and coaching workshops, alignment and yoga fundamentals workshops, yoga related talks, and optional morning guided meditation sessions daily.
As you read all the ways yoga improves your health, you probably noticed a lot of overlap. That is because they are intensely interwoven. This holistic system simultaneously taps into many mechanisms that have additive and even multiplicative effects. This synergy may be the most important way of all that yoga heals.
Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath. This breathwork is the founding principle behind all styles of yoga taught in order to improve one's yoga practice, staying connected and being mindful.
This style of yoga takes on the principles of the traditional roots of yoga. Asanas (postures) are held for longer periods of time teaching the practice with purpose and mindfulness. The sequence looks at opening all energy points while maintaining a calm and steady pace with the breath throughout this practice. Hatha yoga is grounding and promotes the practice of the union in mind, body, and spirit.
The program includes an excursion to a local historic Italian village, as well as a classical music concert.

You will be served daily meals throughout the retreat. Umbria is probably one of the most authentic regions of Italy where local customs have been kept intact for centuries, where food agriculture is rich and local, leaving your taste buds tantalized with tasty and artisanal Italian organic foods.
Optional activities include nature walks nearby and in the vicinity of many historic villages such as Assisi, Perugia, and Gubbio.
