Join Pine Rivers Yoga on Fraser Island for 5 days and recharge your batteries before the end of year festivities begin. You will be accommodated for 4 nights in a resort by the beach. This retreat leaves you plenty of free time to take advantage of the resort's events and activities. You will improve your strength and vitality, as well as creating peace of mind as you join Ruth in her yoga sessions.

You will be accommodated at the Hotel Room of Mercure Kingfisher Bay Resort. Single room, shared twin room, and shared double room are available to suit your need for this retreat. There is a car parking lot available at River Heads for your car’s safety.

Your days in the beautiful Fraser Island will be filled with 7 sessions of yoga. In the morning, you will have two-hour yoga session from 06:00 to 08:00 and another two-hour session in the afternoon from 16:00 to 18:00.

    Ruth qualified as a yoga teacher in 2001 after studying with the International Yoga Teachers Association.

This retreat will take place in Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia.

You can have a ferry transfer to the resort at an additional cost. Your ferry will leave from River Heads at midday on October 31, 2016.

    "I really enjoyed Tanya’s 4 week relaxation and meditation course. I have been waiting for a course like this for a while now and I got even more out of it than I could have hoped. I found it valuable to have so much time to explore a variety of relaxation and mindfulness techniques that we don't get to spend a lot of time on in normal classes. The workshops were sequenced in a way that I think really helped me prepare the final sitting practice for each session, not to mention that the relaxation was absolutely blissful. Over the 4 weeks, I found that both my enjoyment of the meditation practice and determination to stay in the sitting posture grew, as well as my level of comfort. I have now re-committed to a daily practice. I would love the opportunity to continue to practice through a course or regular classes similar to this so I hope there is enough interest to continue."
