This retreat offers you a unique experience of hiking and yoga. You can visit some of the world's most scenic hiking destinations and the idyllic nature of Norway, with its beautiful waterfalls, majestic mountains, and breathtaking views will leave you feeling awe. You can choose between a hotel room or a single or double bedroom in an apartment together with other retreat participants. The apartments are in private houses or campings. The houses are in different parts of the city so short drives to the yoga studio and dinner location are required. The hotel is located in the city center and the comfortable rooms include a private bathroom, shower, toiletries, and free wireless internet. You can choose between a single or a double room.
You will start the days with pranayama and Vinyasa flow yoga. After yoga it is time to enjoy the breakfast and prepare yourself for the hiking. Every day is slightly different. You will have some shorter and some longer hikes, 5-8 km, about 500-700 m.a.s.l. with amazing views. During the hikes, you will find cozy places to rest and refuel, while enjoying the lunch package. Yin and/or restorative yoga after hikes helps you to stretch your muscles and recover after hikes.
Delicious and fresh seafood bought from local fisherman and organic salads and vegetables will be prepared for dinner. You will treat yourself with freshly squeezed juices and raw chocolate that will be made together on spot. The daily yoga you do during the retreat provides a good start for the day and helps you regenerate from the physical challenges of the hikes.
This helps you stay fit and will make you return home completely relaxed after your hiking and yoga holiday. After this week, you will have experienced fantastic hiking trails, improved your yoga skills and met like-minded people. You will take lots of good memories with you and return home looking forward to your next trip.

Pille Mitt is a yoga student and teacher, group fitness and personal trainer, nutritionist, lifestyle coach, and chocolate lover. She leads Ashtanga yoga modified primary series, yoga flow, mindful Restorative yoga classes, Les Mills body pump and body balance, indoor cycling, aerobics, and stretching classes. She helps her students and clients push their limits to achieve their goals. She comes from Tallinn, Estonia but now she has been living and working in Molde, Norway since 2012.
This retreat will be held in Molde, a city and municipality in western Norway. It is a small town of 26000 people. Molde is a very calm and relaxing city, famous for its amazing views. It is surrounded by fjords and close to several remarkable hiking trails and viewpoints.
The foods served during the retreat are fresh and healthy vegan, vegetarian, and seafood dishes. You will also get freshly squeezed juices, raw chocolate, and homemade dinners.
