You can choose between a hotel room or a single or double bedroom in an apartment together with other retreat participants. The hotel is located in the city center and the comfortable but simple rooms include a private bathroom, shower, toiletries, and free wireless internet. You can choose between a single or a double room. The hotel name is Thon Hotel Moldefjord, address Storgata 40, Molde. If you want more privacy and time alone the organizer strongly recommends you choose to stay at the hotel. If you prefer a more luxurious room, please let them know.
Accommodation in an apartment is a local home, guest house, or camping place. You will share the bathroom with four other participants. Those accommodations are located in different parts of the city.

Every day starts with pranayama and a yoga class designed to awaken the mind and prepare the body for hiking. Breakfast follows, with a range of plant-based, local organic foods that nourish the mind and tantalize the taste buds. Hikes are carefully chosen to accommodate the group’s fitness and enthusiasm. Each hike features astounding views, natural history and geology, a catered lunch, and plenty of opportunities to rest and refuel.
A typical hike is 5 to 8 kilometers long, with 500 to 700 meters of elevation gain, which will take anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, depending on the group's preference. Guided tours take you into the heart of world-renowned wilderness destinations like countless number of waterfalls, Troll Church, Atlantic Road, Romsdalseggen, or some smaller mountaintops with amazing views over the fjords. Sometimes you will have yoga, pranayama, and meditation outdoors, on the top of the mountains.
Restorative yoga after hikes helps loosen tight muscles and recover smoothly after the exertion of the hikes. After dinner evening sessions focus on empowerment, finding a strong voice, avoiding conflict, and simple physical skills to keep yourself safe.
During this retreat, food is an opportunity to celebrate together! Dinner will feature seafood purchased directly from local fishermen, fresh vegetables, and organic salads, prepared with love by qualified chefs.
Daily yoga sessions help you start each day filled with prana and ready to relax and appreciate the nature you experience on your hikes. Retreat participants form a tight bond and many new friendships are born in this nurturing setting.

Please book your flight to Molde Årø Airport (MOL). The organizer will pick you up from the airport during the day, but it is best to arrive on the 16:45 or 17:00 flight from Oslo. It is not a problem when you arrive earlier on that day or by bus.
