    During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Green Field hotel and restaurant. About thirty years ago, Green Field was conceived as an art studio, where artists would simply be inspired by the wonders of nature, the rice fields, the sunset, the cackling ducks, and the tall trees of the monkey forest. Now, at this very place, you will still be able to find the energy and spirit of Bali reserved throughout these years of development.

    At this hotel, the rooms are beautifully furnished like a boutique hotel, each with its different style in a tropical garden with statues, fountains, and lotus ponds. Feel the experience of amazing sunset and stunning rice field views, refresh at their two swimming pools, or relax at their spa with a typical Balinese massage or body treatment.

    The view from the various rooms is stunning and will take your breath away every day. You will stay at the new and spacious bale pituah or bale semampai rooms with garden view, big terrace or balcony, nicely furnished, marble bathroom with bathtub and separate hot shower, air conditioner, telephone, and minibar.

      Linda is the pioneer of mat Pilates in Geelong. Having first participating in a Pilates class in the USA more than sixteen years ago, she undertook teacher training and is a certified mat Pilates teacher level 1,2,3, Pilates on the ball, and prenatal Pilates and reformer. She is a teacher of teachers, running her own nationally registered and accredited mat Pilates teacher training course. Linda is also a senior qualified yoga instructor, she has studied Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, yoga therapy, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, and meditation.

    This retreat will take place in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It is located in the center of Bali, nestled among the rice paddies and surrounded by small farms and dense forest. This town is famous as one of Bali's major art and cultural centers with its villages being consisted of artists' workshops and galleries.

    While the central Ubud has been coping up with large influx of tourists and modern development, its quite villages have been relatively undisturbed, maintaining the basic cultures and spirit of Bali. There are intricately carved Hindu temples and other remarkable architectural sights to be found, all of these creating a general feeling of peace, serenity, and well-being to be enjoyed.

    • Go on a trek up the mount Batur and enjoy the majestic sunrise view from the top of the mountain
    • Purify yourself and receive a blessing at the holy spring water called Tirta Empul temple
    • Revitalize yourself at the salty water infinity pool facing the view to the rice fields
    • Take part at the religious Hindu tradition and try your own offering assisted by one of the staffs
    • Try the Balinese traditional healing, the hotel will be able to assist you to make an appointment with the healer

    Arrival by airplane

    Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Pilates and Yoga Styles will pick you up from the airport. The pick-up is included in the price.

    • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
    • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
    • The rest of the payment should be paid 42 days before arrival.
