Lindy has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and has classes throughout the week in different locations and times. She found her way to Pilates through taking classes herself and feeling the benefits in her own body. She then decided to learn how to teach Pilates and trained with Body Control Pilates in London. In 2011, she found herself reading about mindfulness and becoming interested in it and finally decided to take the eight-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course.
