You will be staying for six nights in a single room. It is a beautiful room in maisonettes which is also large and bright.
Besides hiking and fasting, during this retreat you will have a sauna session in the barrel in the big garden, Kneipp treatments, and yoga in the Great White Hall. Immerse yourself in the world of wild herbs to heal your body. Embrace the silence and commonality in a small group that may enrich your retreat experience.

In the summer of 2000, Elke came from Berlin to the wild and beautiful hinterland, Usedom. Since 2002, Elke has been working as a healer and since 2009 as a yoga teacher on the island of Usedom in Lassaner Winkel. Starting from 2006, she leads seminars and teaches at the Pergo house in the tranquil and beautiful Klotzow.
Since the opening of Pergo in 2006, Anne has been present at various activities up to this day. As a passionate cook, Anne aims of delicious and healthy food. Her focus is clearly on kitchen, garden, and wild herbs that build the taste, aesthetics and culinary experience. Anne also writes numerous online content.
This retreat takes place in Pergo, a nature-loving house surrounded by a wild garden far from any road and civilization in the sunny island of Usedom. The place features a wood-fired "Miss Hedwig" sauna barrel perched in the big garden. There are clear lakes, vast land, and wild natural beauty surround this quiet place where contemplation is possible.
If you're coming from the west, take DB to Stralsund or Züssow, continue with the UBB train (UBB) towards Ahlbeck border to Hohendorf. If you're coming from the south, take DB up to Anklam.
