Venerable Phra John Paramai
Venerable Phra John Paramai commonly known as Monk John, has been a Theravada Buddhist Monk for 10 years after finishing his PhD in Telematics. With the knowledge from his tech background, he has pioneered in developing the biggest free online self-development and meditation platform that has users from over 200 countries and territories. He travels the world and gives his insights on mindfulness, meditation, and Buddhist philosophy for detoxing, balancing, and enriching life of the modern world to individuals, NGOs, government agencies, universities, and companies in 58 countries.
Ana Laura Lloveras
Ana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied International Trade and worked in an international pharmaceutical company. However, she felt that something was missing from her life. She started her journey and traveled around in order to search for the "missing puzzle piece". By learning how to meditate, she has finally found that the missing piece lies inside herself. She became a Hatha yoga teacher in 2012 and learnt Iyengar yoga with Usha Devi (Rishikesh India) for two years. She became a meditation trainer in Thailand in 2014 and keeps training herself there every year.
Kuldeep Singh joined the Peace Revolution project in 2011 when he came across the online self-development program and attended the 'Global Peace on the Move-VI fellowship' in Thailand. He is a development consultant, social media influencer, and passionate about meditation, social activism, youth empowerment, and issues realted to sustainable development. He grew up in the northern part of India and is currently based in New Delhi. He has conducted various workshops and mindfulness trainings in more than ten countries in Asia and Pacific.
