Reasons people need a stress management and yoga techniques coach

The wellness revolution has people and companies all over the world taking stress management and wellness very seriously. Life has changed dramatically, the pace of modern day living has accelerated at great speeds, and is geared to continue. In order to keep abreast of this pace, man has been forced to succumb to faulty lifestyles.

This has interfered with the natural functioning of our bodies. It has placed our nervous systems under severe tension, and has given rise to the modern day illnesses we now experience that are dramatically affecting our health, well-being, and life. It has now been proven that our modern day illnesses mostly originate from emotional and mental tension, diagnosed today as stress, anxiety, anger, and depression to name but a few. If not controlled, these can progress to further psychosomatic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, ulcers, eczema, high blood pressure, digestive disorders, and so forth, eventually resulting in the more serious illnesses such as heart disease leading to heart attacks, cancer, strokes, etc.

The root of our illnesses starts in our mental body, not in our physical body. Todays pressures encourage the production of many negative thoughts. They include worry, fear, doubt, anger, insecurity, inadequacy, guilt, and other self defeating thoughts, which not only drain our nerve fluids and weaken our nervous systems, but also build up tension in the mental body. The mental bodys thoughts impress on the emotional body, in the form of feelings that are generated from the negative thoughts. Negative tension is transmitted from one body to the next. These defective feelings are transmitted from the emotional body to our physical body, via the sympathetic nervous system, which is instructing our physical body how to operate. If the mind is tense, the emotions are tense, if the emotions are tense, the functioning of the physical body is placed under tension, and this is the cause of our life threatening illness today. Therefore, the only way to heal the root of the cause is by clearing the mind of tension and its negative thoughts. This will bring our emotions back to balance, so the autonomic nervous system can once again transmit healthy instruction to the physical body on its involuntary operation.

Today just about everyone suffers from mental tension, whether they are aware of it or not. The sooner you become aware of it and acknowledge it, the sooner it can be corrected. If you have constant self defeating mental chatter that brings about negative, low self esteem, or empty feelings, and your energy levels are low, you are often tired, nausea, sweat, have a dry mouth, if you twitch, or tremble, these are some of the symptoms of mental over load which leads to mental tension and it boils down to the pace of modern day life.Muscular tension is diagnosed by suffering from headaches. Stiff or sore muscles including neck, shoulders, and back ache and having sleeping disorder. Emotional tension can be diagnosed as feelings of anxiety, pressure, dissatisfaction, emptiness, loneliness, discomfort, being overwhelmed, frequent worry; these are all symptoms of emotional tension. Tension is the root of the cause, of our illnesses today.

Mankinds biggest threat is no longer crime, war, loss nor survival, It is tension, be it mental, emotional, or muscular. When we understand the full anatomy of our self and the working of the nervous system, the importance of the techniques introduced become quite evident, and as imperative to our overall well being. They entail a more comprehensive benefit, which deals with the whole system, not just one aspect of it, and especially stimulates the mind and emotions. It works on the bodys vitality and rejuvenation centers, on the brain, the spine, the glands, and the internal organs.

In our modern day world stress management techniques and yoga coaching have become vital for our survival. This certification program will give you the tools to teach Pathway to Wellness stress management workshops, to help people heal their lives.

About the book:

Pathway to Wellness is a self help book on attaining emotional balance in our world of tension. It teaches stress management and releasing of negative thoughts and emotions, such as anger, depression, anxiety, grief, and so forth. It is a passage to understanding our minds and emotions, and how to use them to realize our full potential. It demonstrates how wellness includes that of our mind, body, and emotions and the inter relation they have with each other, on our wellness and success in life. It introduces us to a completely new opinion of who we actually are as opposed to who we think we are. It teaches how to use us our mind and emotions in conjunction with our physical body, to attain fulfillment and health. For many years we have believed that we are a human body, living in a physical world, and that is all there is ,and that our success and wellness relates to the physical body alone. We have also believed that we are not in control of our lives, destinies, or health that only fate has full control of all aspects in our lives. Pathway to Wellness breathes hope, back into life, and gives us the opportunity of a new attitude and a new life.
