Program

This program is for those who wish to transform their life, awaken and merge with their soul, and deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga. For those that want to delve into the ancient secrets of life. You will discover who you are and what you are capable of and learn scientific techniques for self-realization.

This training teaches one how to integrate the age-old teachings and modern-day life, into a way of being, bringing balance, inner peace, and fulfillment to life. People are beginning to realize that we are multi-dimensional beings of mind, body, emotions, and soul and that our subtle body is who we are in essence and governs our fulfillment in life and wellness. In order to attain complete inner peace we need to change the way, we see and react to life and transform the person that sees. To do this we need to understand the subtle body and its workings.

The subconscious mind is the storehouse of everything that has happened in our life positive or negative and holds every psychic scar of traumatic events that we have been through. This creates our persona, how we see and relate to life, how we react to life and how we experience life. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between fact or fiction and takes everything that it is presented with as fact. The subconscious mind can be healed from psychic scars and traumatic experiences and our outlook on life can also be healed if we imprint suggestions directly to it without going through the conscious mind. The subconscious mind does not understand human language, its language is pictures, symbols, feelings, words, and repetition. The conscious mind is the mind that we work through in our daily lives. It is analytical and rational and can choose to accept or reject information presented to it. We need this mind to function in the physical world, however, if it is present it does not allow us to feed any information to the subconscious mind without its approval and consent.

In this course, you will learn the ancient technique of Yoga Nidra to withdraw the conscious mind and imprint healing suggestions directly to the subconscious mind. The messages are suggested in the positive as though the suggestion has already occurred as the subconscious takes everything as fact and with frequent repetition, it becomes very powerful and remains there bringing about transformation to the persona, how we see and react to life, and how we experience life.

The world is on the brink of ‘awakening’. What people are not realizing is that there is an eight limb outline to the practice of yoga and that all eight limbs, not just asana, have to be practiced for the union to happen.

This course will teach you all 8 limbs of yoga, with emphasis on 4 of them pertain to the mind and different levels you slip into during meditation to attain Samadhi. It will teach you an understanding and the working of your subtle body, the power of your mind and the techniques to attain self-realization through complete practice.
