This 300-hour yoga teacher training program will provide you a new experience of physical, mental, and psychic in all areas of yogic practice. You will stay at Patanjali International Yoga Foundation (PIYF) ashram, Rishikesh, India. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it provides the accommodation with a lot of facilities for their yoga students. Two students will share one room and single private room is available upon request with extra charge. The students will be provided with semi deluxe room, with attached bathroom with hot and cold shower.
Patanjali International Yoga Foundation (PIYF) will also provide fresh bed sheets weekly, to make sure the room is always clean and healthy. There is also a spacious and open rooftop where students can relax, study, lie down, or even see the beautiful view of green mountains and magnificent view of holy Ganga River. Those facilities and surroundings will make your stay comfortable and healthy during the yoga course.
The comprehensive course in this program will provide you the textbook of Hatha Ratnavali, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and also history of yoga, which will deepen your knowledge about yoga tradition. In addition, you will get advanced meditation techniques, as well as knowledge of yogic discipline, diet, and cleansing rituals, which will help you to become a good advanced yoga teacher.
The 300-hour yoga teacher training program follows a tight schedule, where almost each of the eight to ten training hours of the day are assigned to some aspects of yoga. This would be an intensive but enlightening program. Depending on the type of yoga classes in the morning, the program can start early at 6:00 a.m., followed by meditation, some yoga postures, and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy.
This yoga teacher training program includes five areas of teaching:
You will learn many advanced asanas (postures), advanced pranayama breathing techniques, bandha, kriya, mudra, dhyana, mantra, and also learn surya namaskar with variations.
You will learn about philosophy by understanding the textbook (Hatha Ratnavali and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali) and will also learn about yogic lifestyle, which include diet, place, disturbance, and other helpful elements.
In this section, you will learn about how to demonstrate advanced positions, observe the class, and assist other students. You will also learn the importance of correct and unambiguous language, which are used to describe positions and teachings clearly.
You will learn physical (study of the anatomy and how it relates to yoga) as well as subtle anatomy (complete advanced information about practice for six chakras).
You will learn how to teach advanced asana, pranayama, and other techniques, also how to manage the structure of daily yogic practice for yourself and for your students from intermediate to advanced levels. This section is divided into three parts: class structure and planning, assisting and alignment, and practice for teaching.
Yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and Pregnancy yoga are also included in this course. Patanjali International Yoga Foundation (PIYF) will explore these teaching areas in 300-hour yoga teacher training program at the bank of holly Ganga River.

Yoga teacher training program is specially designed for intermediate and advanced level of yoga students. An intensive yoga teacher training course is taught by yoga teachers who are firmly rooted in Patanjali yoga, the ancient style of Hatha yoga path and communication with source of text books.
To be eligible to attend this intensive 300-hour yoga teacher training course, there are several prerequisites. It helps to manage yoga teacher training groups to work together for a month or more of intensive yoga journey. This is a journey of personal and professional development, which are built based on the practitioner's previous experience.
Students are required to have at least three to five years of yoga practice or have completed 200-hour yoga teacher training. Patanjali International Yoga Foundation believes that it will help to develop the teaching-learning relationships. The trainees are advised to read Hatha Ratnavali, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, anatomy books, or other textbooks and practice advanced yogaasana, pranayama, bbandha, mudra, and meditation to attend this 300-hour yoga teacher training.
Included in your program package is excursions and sight seeing tours.

Dr. Jitendra Das has studied and practiced yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic scripture at school and university, as well as with senior Indian masters. He studied yoga, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Veda, and related subjects in Haridwar. He teaches and practices yogasana, pranayama, bandha, mantra, mudra, meditation, cleansing kriyas, Ayurveda, and Vedic chanting at Rishikesh, and gives conferences, workshops, and seminars worldwide.
Tatiana Morozova Morozova
Tatiana Morozova is an experienced teacher of Patanjali International Yoga Foundation with over 15 years of practice and deep knowledge of teaching. Tatiana follows the ancient Hatha yoga style, both in her teaching and also in her practice. Currently, she is the representative of Patanjali International Yoga Foundation in Russia and the leading teacher in Patanjali International Yoga Foundation Ashram in Rishikesh.

Amba Dugo started her first yoga teacher training when she was 16 years old in her hometown, Valencia, Spain. Therefore, she realized quickly that she wanted to share that with others and give energy to that precious discipline which is a present in her life. In 2014, she again attained Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga teacher training with Dr Jitendra Das at Patanjali International Yoga Foundation.
Perrine Marais got her first yoga practice like most westerners, in a gym, 13 years ago. Wanting to deepen her knowledge, she started traveling to towns around where yoga studios were more popular. Wanting to learn from the root and ancient principles, she traveled to Rishikesh and followed her second teacher training with Dr Jitendra Das, then she realized that she should learn and practice more about the ancient style Hatha yoga.
Ernesto Giordano has been practicing yoga since 1989. In 1992, he received his yoga teacher certification in IPEF, Buenos Aires, Argentina. His first teacher was Ester Weber, who is one of the best teacher in Argentina. In 2011, he went to PIYF for yoga teacher training course with Dr Jitendra Das. Besides being a yoga teacher, he is a physical trainer too massage therapist.
This 300-hour yoga teacher training program will be held at Patanjali International Yoga Foundation, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. It is situated in bank of the holy Ganga River. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, Rishikesh is a relaxed place in India, enable you to get into very peaceful atmosphere. Rishikesh has numerous yoga centers that attract many tourists. It is believed that meditation in Rishikesh brings people closer to attainment of moksha, as does a dip in the holy river that flows through it.
Patanjali International Yoga Foundation provides the yoga students with freshly cooked foods with love and consciousness. Yogic and Ayuverdic foods will be provided during the course.
They also offers different menus everyday for every lunch and dinner. Sattvic, healthy, and tasty foods will be served to you, giving you complete elements for a good health. Each meal consists of six to seven dishes, and is also prepared according to the weather.
