Day 1: Arrive on Sunday, May 22
Check-in starts at 11 a.m. Enjoy a welcome drink on the terrace, before you unpack and relax. Lunch will be served at 1.30 p.m. Optional meditation session at 3 p.m. on the lawn. Relax by the pool with some ice-cold refreshments and snacks. Sunset yoga will be at 7.30 p.m., followed by dinner at 8.30 p.m.
Day 2
At 5.30 a.m. practice sunrise yoga by the pool. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. The day is then yours to explore the local area, chill in the pool, or maybe a local hike. Lunch will be served at 1.30 p.m. Optional meditation at 3 p.m. Relax by the pool with some ice-cold refreshments and snacks. At 6 p.m., walk to the beach for some sunset yoga on the beach, followed by dinner at 8.30 p.m.
Day 3
At 5.30 a.m. practice sunrise yoga on the beach. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. by the poolside. The day is then yours to explore the local area, chill in the pool or maybe a local hike, or shopping. Lunch will be served at 1.30 p.m. Optional meditation at 3 p.m. Relax by the pool with some ice-cold refreshments and snacks. Sunset yoga poolside at 7.30 p.m. followed by dinner at 8.30 p.m. You will then have a celebration of your practice, share your experiences, and enjoy the evening together.
Day 4
At 5.30 a.m. practice sunrise yoga by the pool. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. Optional meditation will be held on the lawn at 9.30 a.m. Relax by the pool until lunchtime. Lunch will be served at 1.30 p.m., followed by check out at 3 p.m.
