This program is for all levels beyond beginners and it will explore Classical Transformational Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and the breath connection between the mind and body. It will give technical information to help ground and guide your practice so that you have a greater understanding of the health benefits.

Each week, a new module of training content will be released. You can view the materials at your own pace during the week and watch them again and again.
3 one-on-one Live assessment sessions will be scheduled every six lessons.
This training is for all levels beyond beginners.
Once students complete their virtual teacher training and schedule their examination, they are eligible to get the Yoga Alliance International Certification by Yoga Shala Paros.
The training is self-paced and you can complete it based on your schedule. There will be 19 live and recorded sessions. 90 instructional videos, 3 live- recorded personal coaching sessions. There will also be live sessions 3 times each week.
Paros Yoga Shalla designed these practices to meet you where you're at. For some of you, your interest might be getting stronger and more flexible and in that case, there is value in these practices for you. If your interest is to understand a little bit more about the mind-body connection and the impact that our thoughts have on our health and wellness, then there’s an aspect of this practice that will meet that particular need. If you want to develop a home-consistent practice or If your interest is to move into a deeper level of emotional healing, inner strength, and confidence, then there are also aspects of this practice that will speak to you.
Wherever you are, the invitation is just to simply breathe and be present with your experience, to open into something else, into something new. Then this practice will allow you to step into the next aspect of your exploration.

Then, you will move deeper, still specific in terms of alignment and breath queuing but will drop deeper into the relationship and connection between your physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
Even if you are an advanced practitioner, the school is going to recommend that you start with all levels of practice because there are themes that will then be introduced into the advanced practice. So, as you advance, you can have a sense of direction the school's going and feel more confident in the way that they're offering these asanas.
Through the Chakra flow, the foundation of this course, you will balance and harmonize your being integral: you will develop self–confidence, intuition, self-love, and compassion, and make a shift in your perception as an individual and within the collective.
The intention is that by practicing yoga and being committed to these mindfulness practices and doing the deep work that’s necessary for yourself, you may develop the empathy necessary so that you can go out to the world and be a more loving, more truthful, and more integrated human being, to begin to expand your perspective and understanding in a way perhaps you haven't been able to realize before.
This Transformational Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is suitable for those wishing to become teachers, existing teachers’ continuing professional development (CPD), or simply for your own self-transformation and purification. This teacher training course has met the stringent requirements set. This course is taught by Irana Ji An who teaches 70% of the course.
This online training's cost does not include certification/registration with Yoga Alliance International nor the Final Personal Examination upon the completion of the course and submission of Reports and Questionnaires. You can book a Mentoring Examination Session at 108 EUR and order your YAI Registered Certifications through Paros Yoga Shalla upon examination (cost 252 EUR).
Irana Ji An Fourouli is a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer, founder of Anapnoe Yoga®Awareness through the body and Yoga Shala Paros School of Yoga. Her experiential approach and unique style integrate breath, alignment, and anatomical awareness to draw the student into their inner experience of each posture and centering, strengthening integrally, and flowing through the breath. She has a Therapeutic approach towards physical and emotional well-being. Her knowledge of yoga, body, and mind inspires as she teaches with skill and confidence, incorporating pranayama, mudra, and meditation.
This teacher training is held online. Paros Yoga Shalla is based in Paros, Greece and they will live stream sessions based on Eastern European Summer Time (GMT +3) during Summer and GMT+2 for session/s after October 25th, 2020. You will need to prepare a bolster, yoga mat, computer, speakers, cushions, yoga block, and internet connection.
