The Course

This course is a transformational experience for those wanting to deepen their understanding and knowledge of the original teachings of yoga, the Yogic Chakra system and to develop an integral personal practice that, purifies heals and transforms. You will learn the basis of Yoga Therapy through self -purification practice that will empower your life.

Integral yoga brings together the mind, body, and spirit to a place of greater unity and peace. It is a practice that when integrated as part of your life may bring integral health and wellbeing. In this training, our focus will be on Hatha Yoga& Vinyasa Yoga balancing the practice with Yin Yoga release.

You will empower your own life, awaken to new perspectives and develop a strong Integral foundation in traditional yoga from Patanjali to Krishnamacharya, combined with science and modern developments. We explore breath work, Daily Meditation, Mantra, Mudras, Pranayama, Joint clearing, and Yoga Nidra are integrated within the practice. Morning Theory daily & alignment classes. Sundays are free days.

The Chakra System

The Chakras are 7 wheels of energy and consciousness, located along the central axis of the body, along the spine. They underlie and influence every aspect of our being-physical, energetic, mental and emotional. We can work with these chakras through yoga practices and feel more balanced, centred and aware, therefore feeling more revitalized.

In this balancing and rejuvenating training-retreat we will explore and work on each of the Chakras intensively- each day clearing, balancing and activating through yogic practices. Upon completion of this two-week course, you will be certified 100 hs by Yoga Alliance International which you can add to your existing certification or move towards a 200hs certification.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). You can fly to Athens International Airport (ATH) with Easyjet or Ryanair and then fly to Paros National Airport (PAS) with Aegean Airlines. You should arrive in Athens on the 4th before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros

Arrival by bus

A bus shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Piraeus port is available every 20 minutes (costs approximately 10 EUR). From there, you can take a boat to Paros.

Arrival by ferry / boat

You can take a boat from Piraeus port to Paros. Fly to Athens, arrive before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros. Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45. Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15.
