Susan teaches all levels of yoga instruction from gentle Restorative and beginners to level 3 advanced classes. After exploring many forms of yoga and meditation, she developed an eclectic form of yoga which she calls “creative flow”. Her classes incorporate Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Core power, and Anusara. She also includes hands-on assists leaving her students feeling rejuvenated and happy. Susan’s spirit is reflected when she often plays her harmonium and sings during meditation and savasana. Although Susan defines yoga as a “moving meditation” she believes it should also be playful and fun.
Hanz is an avid outdoor activist and in addition to teaching Vinyasa core-strengthening yoga, he also offers outdoor adventures which combines hikes with outdoor yoga. You will also see Hanz working with Susan in many of her classes providing hands-on assists to enable the students to extend further in every pose. Hanz has been practicing yoga for 12 years and holds a RYT200 certification from CorePower yoga. When he is not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find him building trails, coaching cross-country skiing to kids, or working as a ski / bike guide for a local touring company.
