You will be accommodated in a shared or private room at the indoor campus. All rooms have attached toilet or bath, hot and cold water, and a private cupboard. There are two single beds in each room, which you can share with your friend, partner, or colleague. Extra bed can be arranged upon request. If you would like to have a private room, there will be an extra fee of 150 USD.

The rooms have attached toilet and bath. The standard accommodation does not have air conditioning. There is a supplementary charge of 150 USD that you must pay in order to upgrade to air-conditioned rooms. Please note that the request for private, air-conditioned room is subject to availability.

All guests will be staying at the six-acre Indore campus. It has attracted students from all over the world to carry on with studies and build their future in yoga and allied streams. Its yoga halls have three yoga spaces, one is approximately 3,000 square feet, another is approximately 2,500 square feet, and the third one is almost ready with 10,000 square feet. This will cater to the needs of students and society at large.

Sometimes, large yoga workshop or assembly is organized at the 10,000-square-foot hall. The hospital cum guest house is located within the campus. There is a beautiful, neat, and clean granite and marble building, extending hands for health and happiness to the needy. Nearby, few outdoor patients visit in the morning hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The treatments are done on a charitable basis at nominal fees.

This building has consulted chambers, including five guest rooms with western toilets and bathroom. There are meditation pyramids and meditation huts for self, deeper yoga and meditation practice.


Yoga is a complete scientific discipline that helps union of body, mind, heart, and ultimate energy. This course provides a systematic understanding of yoga practices and the methodology of teaching yoga. Yoga is not just postures. It is a complete science to be understood thoroughly before one opts to teach. Yoga teacher training opens up unique dimensions for you to learn techniques of teaching yoga.

After completion of this yoga teacher training, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). You will be able to teach yoga anywhere in the world, and you will gain knowledge, promote positive health, and bring harmony and peace in the society. Masters with proven track records will teach this ancient yogic science to help you become a successful yoga teacher. This course contents include the 200-hour plus 300-hour contents to make it 500 hours.


Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

Type of yoga

It is often misleading that certain branded yoga is a complete yoga. Certain brand could be for marketing purpose or to teach only a certain style of yoga, which may not be a complete yoga. This training will cover a traditional yoga, which is in a deeper sense is a complete and authentic yoga derived from ancient yoga scriptures as old as 10,000 years in Sanskrit.

The teaching involves the introduction of various branches of yoga like Ashtanga, Hatha, Kriya, Gyana, Vinyasa, and more. Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research teaches basic secrets from these scriptures, which cover physical, mental, and emotional and energy levels.

Dr. Omanand
Dr. Omanand is one of the chief disciples of HH Yugpurush Mahamandleshwar Swami Shree Paramanand Giriji Maharaj. He is simple and compassionate. He is a merit holder throughout education and honored with various awards. He is a scholar, studied, and realized various ancient scriptures. He speaks six languages with students from over 60 countries who are now successful yoga teachers. He is born yogi with various gifted virtues. Retreat location

This retreat will be held at Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is situated in the midst of the picturesque thus offering placid vibes for the individual’s positive growth.

They have six acres of campus with 43,000 square feet constructed area that encompasses yoga and meditation halls, single and twin sharing accommodation for residents, traditional Goshala (cow shed), old-age home, free ophthalmic services to poor patients, free yogic therapy to poor patients, Panchkarma Ayurveda hall, library, and serene gardens.

During the training, you will also have an option to get an Ayurveda cooking certificate with an additional cost of 140 USD. You will be guided practical basic Ayurveda or vegetarian cooking, including basic sweet dishes. You can learn this during your stay in the ashram while pursing your yoga teacher training. Notes are provided.

Ayurveda massage or Panchkarma certificate at the ashram's Ayurveda center is also available for practical self-experience and training with an extra fee of 140 USD. Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research's Ayurveda department will be delighted to guide you the basics of Ayurveda massage and Pachkarma.

During your free time on Sundays, you can also join in trips to Omkareshwar, Ujjain, or other cities or nearby areas. This can be shared among students. This would cost around 5 USD per trip. You can also take light cleanse and detox natural treatment to increase energy and promote the body's natural immune systems to fight stress and illnesses. This service is available at an extra cost.
