Join Paraiso Yoga in the scenic village of Sayulita. The yoga teachers training will use traditional yoga teachings and system as the methodology for authentic and dynamic yoga teachings and training. The participants will learn the systematic practice of yoga with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology from the yogic viewpoint and the systematic practice of breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
You will stay at Paraiso Yoga's bungalows that are very simple and sparsely appointed with quality furnishings.
This is the largest bungalow which can accommodate up to four people with two queen beds and a full bath inside.
These are light and airy separate bungalows with a queen bed each. They are perfect for a single guest, a couple, or some cozy friends. A private shower room and toilet room for each bungalow are located just a few steps outside.
The training will lead the participants from a basic understanding of yoga postures to transition into advanced level postures focusing on the practice and experience on the mat itself. The systematic practice and learning to modify with each practice session will lead to building a strong foundation for safe yoga practice in future.
There will be a detailed review of the postures, a thorough breakdown of modifications and alignment, and an opportunity to experience yoga by practicing on your own and teaching your fellow participants during practicum modules. Participants will learn the systematic practice of yoga and how to use the traditional sequence effectively to develop their skills.
They will also be taught the systematic techniques of meditation in order to achieve stillness of the body and mind, develop a meditative lifestyle, and practice for teachings. Students who will be taught breathing and pranayama techniques in a traditional manner will be given the opportunity to practice them. They will be guided thoroughly in the process of establishing their own yoga business after the successful completion of the teachers training course.
They will also know how to be a successful, inspiring, and compassionate yoga teacher and to establish successful yoga centers. Participants who complete the program receive yoga teacher certification from the RHYI, which qualifies them to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 or Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level.

"This yoga studio is botanical and peaceful. The teachers love yoga and welcome you like family. Each teacher at the studio had techniques to help improve alignment, breath, balance, and strength. I got my 200hr YTT certification with Paraiso and it was truly amazing. I could not have chosen a more genuine yoga training for myself and I am very thankful for the yoga education and relationships I formed. Highly recommend!!"
