You will have two accommodation options; the classical Palacio Estoril Hotel and the more casual but not less charming Somewhere Guest House in Estoril. Rooms are available in a private occupancy. However, double occupancy is available upon request.

For body scrubs and hydrotherapies, you will be provided with langhotas or disposable underwear in order to reap maximum benefits (swimsuits are optional in some of these services).

This retreat includes fun and cultural activities throughout your stay. From sightseeing, to Ayurvedic cooking, introduction to herbalism, and massage workshops to horse riding or playing golf - you will be informed of the exact activities included according to the location and date of your reservation. A different activity, every two or three days, is guaranteed.

All meals are prepared using 100% local organic ingredients. Eating toxin-free foods is one of the most vital parts of a proper reboot. Your diet will play a very important role in your detox healing process. Panchakarma retreat will adapt it according to your dosha or body type, and according to Ayurvedic rules. In doing so, you will readjust your digestive fire and microbiology, and your diet will rise up to its role of food therapy.
By using your diet as part of your therapy, Panchakarma harnesses the power of food to maximize the effects of the program. The Ayurvedic nutrition consultants are experts bringing together healthy, delicious meals. Gourmet doshic veggie meals, juice mono diet, peya, kichadi, juices, and teas - all of these are perfect for detoxifying, very nutritious and easy to digest.
Cold drinks, food, dairy products, caffeine, and refined foods should be avoided before, during and after Panchakarma. Sunwater and herbal teas are always available in this retreat.
The quality of the water of the Estoril natural springs has been known for its therapeutic properties since the 17th century, and has been used since to treat muscular skeletal, respiratory, skin, and digestive conditions.
