Heidi Knapp

Heidi Knapp is a wellness educator and yoga teacher of eight years. She is an international adventurer who seeks cultural immersion. Heidi enjoys travel that involves living like the locals do, doing the day-to-day activities. She has traveled extensively throughout Australia, India, Nepal, Africa, and Peru. Heidi has been teaching yoga for over 8 years. She focuses on making yoga practical, approachable, and pertinent. The heart of her practice is living yoga and using time on the mat for deep insights and investigation into the mind and body.

Heidi presents an experience with gentle instruction of yoga poses combined with expected goals for each one. She discusses both the physical and mental anticipated outcomes of the movement.
