OSHO Humaniversity is an international school of personal growth offering workshops and programs ongoing throughout the year located on the North Sea Coast of the Netherlands.
The burn-out recovery week will start with an evaluation of your condition. With darkfield microscopy, it is possible to look at the condition of the blood which shows a lack of oxygen due to toxins, malnutrition, acidity, or other regulatory blockages of your body, and helps you to define your personal focus for this week.
Due to lack of time, we all tend to make unhealthy choices when it comes down to nutrition. Fast food without nutritious value is offered to us all the time. If we want to stay healthy, we need to know how our body functions and what it needs to maintain these functions optimally. During the past 20 years, much research has been done on the nutritious values of many different vegetables and fruits.
To study and to integrate this information into your life will be part of this course. You will learn about foods that block the self-regulation of your body as well as find out which nutrients your body is deficient of. Finally, you will be able to make personalized plan of your optimal menu that keeps your energy levels up. Your body will appreciate this positive attention and after an initial detox reaction, you will feel more relaxed, clear-minded, open-hearted, and joyful.
During the course, you will follow specific treatments and a diet to:
A revitalizing schedule including dune and beach walks, massage, sauna, healing sessions, emotional clearing, sharing sessions, seminars, meditation, yoga, dance, and fun will help you regain balance and vigor. Daily yoga classes with a professional teacher will provide you with lasting benefits for your body. Sharing session will point out the focus for each person individually and bring more friendship and love into your life. You will also receive individual sessions in darkfield analysis, kinesiology, massage, body wrap, and colonics.
Because the participants come from many different countries, all of the programs are conducted in English, though over 20 languages are spoken on the campus. Only a basic knowledge of English is necessary. Many of the sessions are focused on moving and feeling, not on speaking. If necessary, you are welcome to bring a translator with you.
