During this retreat, you will stay at Hof de Planis in Stelserberg. It’s a beautiful hotel set in the natural mountains of Graubunden. You will find beautifully designed premises with professional infrastructure and a pleasant hospitality. It’s the best place for seminars, conferences, workshops, and events. You may choose to stay in a double room with shared bathroom or single room with private bathroom.

The retreat format will allow you to get away from your everyday worries and gain a deeper understanding on an experiential level. It will also allow you to share your impressions and experiences with other participants in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will understand what stress is, its effect on your body and mind depending on how you relate to it, as well as how certain relationships and patterns of mind can lead you to burnout. You will get inspired to do the necessary changes to heal and transform. You will learn and practice the tools that yoga has to offer to establish a healthy relationship to stress leading to a content and happy life.

    Paola was a successful researcher with many awards, fully dedicated to her career, until in 2003 the first symptoms of a burnout appeared and made her whole system crash. It was only after she started to reconnect with her body with yoga and Tai Chi that she could come out of the depression. Today Paola is again connected to research with a completely different attitude. She is a yoga teacher, she also practices Buddhist meditation and is a mother of a 7 year old son.

  • Adrian Wirth

    Adrian has been incessantly exploring the importance of the mind for health and happiness. His knowledge of the natural sciences flows into his work as well as personal experience from yoga, Buddhist meditation, and from shamanic traditions.

This retreat will take place in Stelseberg, Graubunden in Switzerland.

Driving directions from Zurich or Chur

  • Travel direct to Landquart.
  • From there, continue to the Rhaetian railway to go to Davos or Klosters, then go to Schiers.
  • Let Hof de Planis know and they will reserve a seat on the postbus Schiers in Stelserberg.

Arrival by train

Go to Zürich Hauptbahnhof via Landquart, then continue to Schiers for 2 hours. Afterwards, have a drive by postbus to Hof de Planis in Stelserberg.

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date.
