Mornings begin with tea on the terrace overlooking palm trees and rice paddies, followed by a walk along the rice paddies, watching the ducks and geese, and then to Ann's yoga studio. An hour and a half of yoga every morning helps your body get strong and flexible! After yoga, indulge in a scrumptious breakfast on the terrace, followed by the day's excursion. Ann has picked the "best of" for her tour - incredible temples, beautiful walks, visits to artisan craft shops and villages - all in the care of Ann's personable Balinese driver.

After an afternoon dip in the pool, attend an afternoon restorative yoga class with another hour and a half to stretch, strengthen, and meditate under Ann's guidance. All former tour participants say that they felt incredible physical gains in strength and flexibility over the course of two weeks. Most also say that they felt relaxed and peaceful and spiritually grounded.
Evenings include the most incredible dinners! The food is so delicious! Ann steers participants to the best restaurants with delicious Indonesian and Balinese food in beautiful garden settings. A few of the nights include Balinese dance and music performances.
Ann also speaks Indonesian and offers a few language classes during the first few days at Sanur beach village. During these first relaxing days, there are daily yoga classes as well as cultural orientation sessions. 8 inspiring days/nights will be spent in Ubud, the cultural center of Bali, with morning yoga classes, followed by sumptuous, healthy breakfasts, which is then followed by half-day excursions to visit Balinese artisans at work: painters, wood carvers, stone carvers, mask makers, etc.
