Program

Tantric yoga is an emerging, unique style of yoga that will merge sacred sexuality and all its authentic practices with the experience of becoming the best yoga teacher (the one who teaches more than asana) into incredibly creative and connecting yoga classes that people climb to get into. You are also treated to a yummy vegetarian lunch, a great retreat center surrounded by coconut trees, a river and a sauna, a teacher and mentor who has been teaching for 20 years, and a group that will connect like no other.

The itinerary is full. You will do a yoga practice two times per day, share in the working of this spiritual community, study with great concentration the topics covered within the tantric yoga system, and also share your gifts. It is mandatory that you attend all of the classes to get your certificate. You will also be asked to teach and be evaluated in this training to ensure your readiness.

If you wish to go further into tantric massage upon completion of the training, you are warmly welcome and encouraged. The study of tantra is vast. The training weaves in the ancient knowledge of tantra that was previously passed down orally to students who were ready to receive the teachings.

Open to Bliss Retreats will incorporate the tantric meditation methodologies of Osho Rajneesh and the Book of Secrets in order to bring participants closer to the realization of who they are through exercises aimed at full awareness on the topic of love, body image, societal conditioning, and touch with presence.

Along with the topics of asana performance and corrections, sequencing a class, the links of yoga with tantra, the body as a healing tool and how to plan, execute and market tantric yoga, you will go through a three-week journey that will take you deeper than any other experience you have had in life-to-date.
