Comfort of the guests has been the pre-dominant thought in the design of the interiors. The color pattern is soft and yet eye-catching. The interiors of the cottages are in keeping with the native way of doing up homes. Wood and cane furniture together with brass ware serve to heighten this feel. Hindu mythological characters come alive in the wall paintings. The cottages afford a brilliant view of the lake and have a well-defined walk-way that opens into a lush landscaped yard, highlighted with pebbled designs.

Transfer by minibus from Trivandrum airport to Aadithya Lake Resorts in Kollam, Kerala, nested on the lake, with luxuriant vegetations, a few villas, and houseboats just for the group.

Franois is the founder and director of Open Sky Yoga Center in Rochester, New York. A certified Iyengar yoga instructor, he has traveled and studied extensively in India. Franois has taught yoga since 1975 and conducts seminars in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and India.
Nathalie is Franois's partner in life and co-creator of the journey to India. A pioneer in the fields of massage and transpersonal therapy since 1981, Nathalie directs LEcole du Corps Conscience, a training program in body-centered psychotherapy based in Montpellier, France. Nathalies work combines expression, symbolism, mandalas, and color therapy. She cherishes a deep connection with mother India.

In this last part of the retreat you will be staying at the Ideal Beach Hotel in Bay of Bengal. The Bay of Bengal, the largest bay in the world, forms the northeastern part of the Indian Ocean. Roughly triangular in shape, it is bordered mostly by India and Sri Lanka to the west, Bangladesh to the north, and Burma, Myanmar, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to the east.
