Agnes (E-RYT500, Yacep) has been in Fitness Industry in Mega Gym ( Regional Manager ) for 13 years now, been into Weigh-Lifting, Muay thai Training, Cardio Training, LesMills Instructors. Been practicing Yoga and wellness since 2012 and fell in love ever since. Taking her Skills to a higher level, she loves to Study, Observe and taking her Journey to Rishikesh, India. Now she has her own Yoga and Fitness Studio in Jakarta and creating Yoga-Wellness Retreat every Month in Ubud, Bali. She loves to Move, Sing and loving Life.
