With a background in both practicing and teaching ballet and contemporary dance for more than 16 years, Corinne warmed up to yoga easily. For her, yoga became much more than a physical practice; she felt very soon the connection between body, mind, and soul. Coco's mission is to share a new lifestyle living to aim to be a better person and caring for the planet.
With over 13 years of experience in medicine and holistic therapies all around the world, Pamela formed her offerings through the teachings of her many different guides and masters. Suddenly he was rising through the ranks at a private cooking agency while simultaneously practicing yoga under his teacher Michael Stewart, founder of Shanta Vira Yoga. In 2018 his cooking took a more conscious path and led him to study Ayurveda. He offers Ayurveda consultations during retreats and trainings.

This Retreat was beyond anything I could have imagined.
The Facilities where in the middle of the jungle where you fall asleep and wake up with the most magical sounds of nature. Foko’s ayurvedic food, or should I say medicine, was amazing and nourishing - a true magician in the kitchen! Josh and Rene are the most welcoming and most beautiful people. You could feel how much heart and love they put in this retreat and I am more than grateful that I can say I found Family during these magical 8 days. This retreat was not just a retreat.. "Life Changing "
There is so much love put into this YTT. It's so unique, a really special opportunity to grow into or create your own practice. All the while divining deep into your own personal healing. The location, the food, the accommodation and Coco's dedication to the path is beyond inspiring.
Thank you everyone for all your heart work and service.
