Yoga Retreats (1)
Keira completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She is passionate about using yoga to improve movement and strength, as well as to create a more positive and loving mindset. Her approach is one of accessibility and moving your body in a way that feels good to you whilst working out the tight spots. Keira's yoga classes tend to be more vinyasa/yinyasa based, utilising lots of movement with elements of relaxation.
François completed his CrossFit Level 1 in Paris, and has trained in the UK, Australia, France and Thailand. His method of training focuses on performing each movement safely in order to work towards your goals and achieve full body fitness. François enjoys sharing his knowledge of CrossFit and making it accessible for beginners.
