Sarah brings a depth of knowledge and skill from experience and trainings in Dubai, India, Thailand, Philippines, and Bali. She brings a gentle calmness to her classes while guiding the awareness inwards with the breath and the sensations of the body. Sarah is especially interested in teaching beginners and has a strong focus on alignment and what that means in your body. She takes out the fear and awkwardness and will leave you feeling calm and confident. Her Vinyasa classes are a balance between strength and ease with a focus on breath connection and mindfulness with each movement.
