During the in-person training, the retreat house is located close to the city center and 'Midtown', the most famous mall of Bodrum. This center is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and air conditioner in all rooms and areas.

Program

Certifications

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). Training documents are completely prepared by the school. In these manuals, the main trainer Nadia shares all her experience and knowledge that she has accumulated over the years. With the school’s special reference method, you will learn yoga teachings by feeling, not memorizing.

How the training works

The course consists of 80 hours of residential yoga teacher training (six days) and 120 hours of self-paced online yoga teacher training. Videos will be shared via Google Drive. The training video archive is available 24/7 for one year. The in-person training will be done both before training and after training.

  • Surya Namaskar series, basic and advanced asanas and variations (over 100 asanas), benefits of asanas, precautions, contraindications, practicing methods, anatomical and muscular studies of asanas)
  • Iyengar yoga: Alignment-based practices in yoga asanas, deepening with the use of support equipment in yoga asanas

In-person training

Bodrum is a port city in Muğla Province, southwestern Turkey, at the entrance to the Gulf of Gökova. You can find some outdoor activities such as trekking, rowing, diving, kayaking, rafting, horseback riding, kite surfing, windsurfing, water sports, etc. close to the retreat area. Milas–Bodrum airport is the main airport that serves the city. There are frequent ferry services from Kos Island to Bodrum. Most of the public transportation in the city is based on local shared taxis and buses.
