How the course works

This course consists of 30 pre-recorded master yoga classes and one live follow-up yoga session every Friday, one private live yoga and meditation counseling session, and live opening and closing ceremonies over Zoom. During these 30 days, Omshanti will send you an email every morning that includes a yoga master class. It will help guide you on creating and designing your personalized yoga practice (known as the Sadhana).

Course information

Over 30 days, you will find yourself feeling healthier, happier, and more relaxed. They want to make sure you have everything you need to continue having a successful yoga practice.
